Sitter Match strives to make quality babysitting just a click away. Once a member, you will find that our system is very easy to use. We have taken all of the work out of finding a quality sitter!
- Register on the Family Sign Up page. You must provide a family reference.
- Upon approval of your application, a username and password will be emailed to you. You are now ready to schedule your first babysitting event!
- Log on to the Members area and click on “Sitter Request”. Fill out the short form and the process is underway! Once you are logged on as a member, you have access to the Sitter Board, a virtual bulletin board with bios and pictures of all of the sitters.
- You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your request has been received.
- You will receive an email letting you know that you have been matched to a qualified sitter.
- Your sitter will call you at least 24 hours prior to the event to introduce herself, confirm times and location, and to receive any special instructions you might have.
- Sitter arrives at your home and you will be asked to sign her in on a form which she provides. When you return home, you will also be asked to sign her out. No money changes hands, all babysitting charges are billed to the credit card on file. Sitter leaves.
- You will be emailed an e-invoice for your records
