All Sitter Match babysitters must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have their own reliable transportation
- Have childcare or babysitting experience
- Have a clean criminal record
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be first aid and CPR certified (or willing to become certified within your first month of employment)
- Speak English
- Be eligible to work in the US
- Consent to random drug testing
- Consent to a thorough background screening
